Is It Friday Yet ????????????

Well here I sit in front of the ole computer thinking to myself HmmmmmIt’s been a few days since I have updated my blog, So I guess I better get off my A** and get to it!!!!!!! The weekend was pretty good I walked 2 miles Saturday WOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!! I didn’t need but 2 tanks of oxygen  for that little escapade *LOL* Sunday I did absolutely NUTHIN!!!!! Didn’t watch what I ate, Didn’t walk, Didn’t lift weights,,, I did pick up the remote and switch a few channels around *LOL* I was a bum Sunday Then Back to Reality yesterday & today, I Lost 4 lbs last week *VVVBS* Could have lost more I think but it was a start, I lifted weights yesterday and for everyone who said the soreness would go away …… WHEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *LMAO* I am moving like a 90 year old man in a pit of mud! But I must admit it is a little bit better, at least it doesn’t hurt to open my eyes now!!! *LOL* Today I was up at 3:30 did about 1 mile then walked again at Lunch today, I think I am going to get some rest tonight *LOL*

Thanks to everyone once again for your support and your notes, It’s getting close to watch THE BIGGEST LOSER YUM YUM !!!!! I Love That Show!!!!!!!!! Hope everyone has a great night and a wonderful day tomorrow  Oh and By the way I dusted them turtles this morning *LOL*

LONG DAY

Well  not much happening today  …. I went to bed about 11 last night & woke up at 2 PM wide awake Grrrrrrrr  … Dragging my A** I decided to work out a little so I pulled out my biggest loser season 2 work out dvd and just stared at it *LOL* Thinking to myself MY GOD!!!!! How do they expect me to move like that at this time of the morning, so I pretended to move somewhat like they were doing, it looked more like a gorilla trying to break dance !!!! NOT A PRETTY SIGHT AT 2 AM *LOL* Fortunately I live alone so no one was there to witness this deplorable and  hideous work out *LOL* THANK GOODNESS !!!!!!!! So while I floundered around like a Whale in a kiddy pool  for about 20 min I finally decided the heck with this!!!!! *LOL* Hit the ole shower & then watched the food channel until time to leave for work !!!!!!!   I am going to try to walk this afternoon but not sure how far or long I will go *LMAO* we will see.

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!11

I didn’t know there were so many parts of your body that could hurt all at one time!!!!!! Well Yesterday I did manage to do about a mile walking before I felt like I was going to pass out!!!!! *LOL* didn’t see the hecklers ( Little Ole ladies) but I did have two turtles pass me twice…… Went to bed last night planning on getting up at 4:30 and going for a walk but………………………………that didn’t happen , instead I woke up to  pain!!!! it even hurt to open my eyes!!!!! *LOL* No wait I was looking in the mirror when that happened…*LOL* but man  I was sore, I did finally manage to make it to the shower and then get dressed, Needless to say it wasn’t 4:30 when I woke from my slumber it was more like 7 AM OMG!!!!! I have to be at work by 8….That’ isn’t going to happen I said to myself….*LOL* So I did make it in around 9AM and made it through the day. I am planning on walking tonight and doing light weights ( does raising your hand from plate to mouth count?) *LOL* We’ll see what happens. I hope everyone is haveing a wonderful day . Just getting ready to head to the GYM.. this should be interesting *LOL* maybe it will be uneventful…

WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT A DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well As I enter the gym today I am looking to see just what kind of Cardio I am going to do tonight thinking Hmmmmm not too many people in here . So there it is the dreaded TREADMILL!!!!!!!!!! So I decide to myself Hmmmmm not too many people on these things , no one to show me up really bad tonight so I will just hop on one of these bad boys and GET  ER DONE!!!!!! *LOL* Well I hop on the treadmill and prepare myself for a comfortable little walk for about 30 min, Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I turn the *@$*@*$* thing on and ZOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!! I’m trying to hold on for dear life *LOL* It’s steadily increasing the incline while running at 900mph , It was not a pretty site Trust me *LOL* I don’t think I am meant to work out without an escapade *LOL* So after it throws me 10 feet backwards and slams  me in the wall behind me Grrrrrr people are coming over to ask if I am ok, I Look up and see 3 of the same person standing over me ….What an ordeal!!!! I guess one of the trainers decides they better come over and show me how to operate these things……

I finally get my composer together and do my cardio at a much slower pace *LOL* It was interesting to say the least, Next time I think I will just walk around the gym  ..

Well I made it through the gym last night WOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! 

But I am very sore this morning, does that mean I get a day Off to recoup ? *LOL*   I guess I better drag myself out to the Gym again tonight, Tonight is CARDO NIGHT!!!!!!!   YUCK!!!!!!!!!!! But maybe it won’t be so bad. *LOL* Yea Right!!!!! More Huffin & Puffin while little Jimmy bounces off the stationary bike at 100 mph I will be making my way about 3 mph *LOL* . then he looks at you like Isn’t this FUN Grrrrrrrrrrrr  makes you want to find a release button some where and watch him fly across the gym!!!!   *LOL*

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok So I bounce out the door before lunch to walk a mile( I measured it off on my way to work this morning) I am thinking to myself this should be easy OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! After about 5 min I wanted to come back get in the A/C and eat a pizza !!!! *LOL* , But I managed to push on thinking what in the world am I doing, Huffin & Puffin while two 70 year old ladies come flying by spinning me helplessly in the middle of the road!!!!  

After I regain My composure and get headed back in the right direction I manage to make my turn around point and head back to work, Passing by the local Pizza Hut smelling that wonderful Pepperoni * Sausage and all the wonderful toppings that would taste Oh So Scrumptious !!!!!!! But then reality set in those two Old ladies come flying back by me yelling “ Out of the way Whipping boy” *LOL*  Legs Burning, Back Hurting Sweat pouring off my head, I finally made it back    

WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     And to think I am going to the gym after work ……

Not A Good Start

Day OneWhile on the way to work my sugar levels dropped and I stopped to grab something to eat to bring them up, Well it wasn’t the best thing but it worked, I had a package of Fig Newtons and a bad of Bugles and a diet coke, I know they were not good things to eat but I didn’t want the orange Juice because of the high potassium, then after I get to work I have one package of weight control Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal. Well all of that totals up to about 680 Calories….. Grrrrrrrrrr I am going to try to walk at Lunch time if I can hold out for a mile *LOL* . I have already had 32 OZ of water for the day  WooooHoooo !!!! WHAT A DEAL!!!!! 

This should be fun to say the least but I am going to try *LOL*

WOW!!!!! Thanks everyone for the inspiring comments . That really helps to know that there is so much support here. Makes me feel really good, I will post tomorrow and let everyone know how the first day goes… Should be interesting.

Well Here I go ………..

Hello everyone,

I am new to this site, I am getting ready to start on my journey to weightloss. Grrrrrrrrr. I am 5′10″ 297lbs….. I Have type 3 diabetes and high blood preassure. I found out from the doctor that I have had type 2 diabetes for about 15 years and didn’t know it…. not a good thing, My kidneys are in bad shape but not totally gone. I have decided it’s time to get started on my weight loss journey and get in shape again, I tried this one time before and did great for about 5 weeks then gave in to temptation and it all came back again, I went from 320 lbs to 265lbs in those 5 weeks with just diet and daily exersize. but I lost motivation, Went from a size 48 waist to a 42 and was on my way to 40’s…. Not much to some people but to me it was a great acomplishment. But My lack of self motivation took care of that and I gave in to temptation….. I am hopeing I can get some support here at this site, we’ll see what happens……… It is very hard for me to decide what to eat each day because I have to maintain a low potassium diet so allot of foods are out of the question… This should be interesting to see where it goes. I am going to try and I hope I can meet some really nice people here that can help me motivate myself and I want to help them as well. That’s about it for now I guess, we’ll see how it goes tomorrow on my first day.
